When replacing the punch, check whether it passes smoothly through the discharge plate. As the total length of the punch becomes shorter after maintenance, when it is necessary to add shims to reach the required length, check whether the effective length of the punch is sufficient. When using a new punch or die insert, pay attention to the treatment of the corner clearing part. Due to the wear of the grinding wheel during grinding, there will be a small R in the concave clearance. Relative to the convex part, it is also necessary to manually repair the R to make the fitting clearance reasonable. Pay more attention to the formed small protruding parts. When replacing the broken punch, check the cause, and check whether the die has caused edge collapse and whether it needs to grind the edge. When assembling the die, it should be placed horizontally, and then a relatively flat iron block should be placed on the die core, which should be gently knocked in place with a copper bar. It should not be tilted but knocked in by force (if necessary, R can be poured out at the bottom corner of the die core to easily guide BASF's new foam technology). If the force is uneven during assembly, the gaskets added under the die should be flat, generally no more than two (and steel pads should be used as far as possible), Otherwise, it is easy to cause the fracture of the die or the instability of the forming size (especially bending forming). After the punch and die core are assembled, the care belt should be checked to see whether each part is installed incorrectly or reversely, and whether the concave die core is installed upside down. After confirmation, the unloading plate or die can be assembled. Pay attention to confirm the locking of the unloading plate screws, so as to obtain sufficient locking force. When locking, it should be cross locked from inside to outside with balanced force. It is not allowed to lock one screw at a time and another screw again, otherwise it will cause punch fracture or reduce die accuracy

When it is difficult to disassemble, check whether the mold is cleaned, whether the locking screws have been completely disassembled, and whether the mold is damaged due to clamping, etc. Find out the cause and deal with it accordingly. Do not deal with it blindly. When the main body of the combined unloading experimental machine is a split structure material plate, first clean the punch and the unloading plate, add lubricating oil to the guide post and the introduction of the punch, place it stably, use a rubber hammer or copper bar to knock it into the appropriate position, then press it in place with both hands, and repeat several times. If it is too tight, check the cause: whether the guide post and guide sleeve are guided normally, whether each part is damaged, whether the new parts have been properly treated (such as whether the punch is chamfered, whether it can pass through the discharge plate, etc.), find out the cause, and then deal with it appropriately. The material contact surface between the discharge plate and the die, Indentation caused by long-time stamping (the material holding gap between the unloading plate and the female die is generally 0..05mm. When the indentation is serious, it will affect the pressing accuracy of the material, resulting in abnormal and unstable product size. It is necessary to repair or regrind the material plate insert and the unloading plate. The equal height sleeve should be checked for accuracy. When it is screwed with 6-angle screws at different heights, it will cause the unloading plate to tilt, and its precise guidance and stable elastic pressing functions will be damaged, which must be maintained.

How about the fitting clearance of the guide post and guide sleeve, whether there are burns or wear marks, and whether the oil feeding state of the mold guide is normal, which should be checked. The wear of the guide parts and the destruction of the accuracy will reduce the accuracy of the mold, and problems will occur in all parts of the mold, so proper maintenance and regular replacement must be carried out. Check the accuracy of the guide part. If the guide pin is worn, it has lost its proper belt guiding accuracy and function, and it must be replaced. Check the condition of the spring (unloading spring and jacking spring, etc.) and see if it is broken, or if it has been used for a long time, but it has lost its original strength due to fatigue. Regular maintenance and replacement must be carried out, otherwise it will cause damage to the mold or the production is not smooth

4 adjustment of die clearance

During daily production, attention should be paid to collecting and preserving the material strips when the original mold is in good condition. If the subsequent production is not smooth or the mold changes, it can be used as a reference for mold maintenance. In addition, the auxiliary system, such as whether the ejector pin is worn, whether it can be pushed, and whether the guide pin and bushing are worn, should be inspected and maintained
