Principle of small general gasoline generator

The principle of the exciter generator is basically the same as that of the permanent magnet machine, but the exciter rotor has no magnet and is also a coil, so it is necessary to provide a DC current to the rotor coil through the carbon brush, so that the rotor coil can repeatedly stand on the top to generate magnetism, and then generate induced current. The structure of permanent magnet generator is simpler than that of excitation generator, with low failure rate. However, the maintenance of excitation generator is more convenient. The stator and rotor can be easily disassembled. Once the permanent magnet machine is broken, the maintenance is not easy. In addition, small units use the engine to directly drive the generator. In order to achieve the standard of 50HZ output frequency, the engine must be maintained at 3000 rpm once it is started, which is a high load operation for the engine. Therefore, after normal use, the maintenance price of the engine is required to be stable. If the plateau is relatively high, the limit of government subsidies shall not exceed 5 times the contract amount and the maximum subsidy shall not exceed 500million yuan
